Level Up Volleyball Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Level Up Volleyball regarding the use of your website and services. By accessing my site or using my services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. Please read these terms of use carefully.

Level Up Volleyball will provide resource to HELP athlete get recruited and make the process easier for both the athlete and parent.
By working with Level Up Volleyball, there is NO guarantee your athlete WILL BE RECRUITED.
By working with Level Up Volleyball, there is NO guarantee that your athlete is GOING TO BE OFFERED A SCHOLARSHIP
Any written documents (e.g. email templates, emails, college contacts) provided to you through Level Up Volleyball are NOT allowed to be sent to others.

Modification of Terms

At my discretion, Level Up Volleyball may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If I do make changes to these Terms of Use, I will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on my site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Termination

Level Up Volleyball reserves the right to terminate access to my site and block future use of my services if I deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
